EGO .....

ego is our biggest enemy i think ........whnever in any relationship we find ourself above all then it occurs n we forget everything .....no matter wrong or right its the ego factor which rules us..... we should always try to think otherwise n always try to place ourselves in the other person's place whenver such situation occurs.... we should be more liberal......... the ego is nothing but a proudiness....we feel ourselvers much superior than we are and then this EGO factor starts ruling us ....once it takes its charge we forget our natural judgement power, our intelligence ........it acts like a hurdle in our progress ...its a negative energy and we must try to overcome it .... its the biggest hurdle in any relationship from very much basic like parents kids.... husband wife.......siblings....friends to our professtional relationships too like couligues n our superiors........
its very much wrong concept that if u take a forwards step n talk to others it would hurt ur image infact whever u do such things u might hv realised tht things become much smoother.......it actually helps us in our task .......relations....there is always an inferiority complex in many people and becos of that they dont ocme forward and talk to u.... those people r not confident and if u take a step frowards towards them they wll be obliged and become ur friend.........
those people whom we think r prody actually r cowards inside bt they rpetend to be superior.... so they think tht people too wll think like they r superior......... but we hv always seen tht those hwo really r great they r down to earth n very much humble........take our PM or EX PRESIDENT Dr. kalam ..........
i m not a philosopher but only felt to pen down this matter since it was disturbing me since ling........

other woman

i had a fight with my hubby last night ......... reason one of our friend is too much possesive with him and i hv mentioned my strong oppose to it many times earlier too but he has always denied any such relations with her ....... i knw he is not invovled in her since he knows tht she has so many boyfriends ........so he too is playing a game with her .....but to some extent its fine beyond tht it starts disturbing ur spouse .........n i strongly belive tht if anything disturbs ur spouse u shld avoid it.......... she calls him late nights........ sends so many SMSes all day........ i never chk his mobile but the other days i chked n found her sms .....she was mentioning tht he doenst trust her.......... n so on ....it really shaken me........... whn i asked him if he had any sms frm her he denied ........n the thing is i cud not say tht i hv chked ur mobile n i hv found it ........
i really dont understand how to handle this issue since its a very sensitive one.......... i love him so much n i dont wanna hurt him at all.......... hw to react thn? shld i be quiet n just ignore wht is happening? i really dont understand i m confused a lot ..........

building nation

When last week my friend from UK came here to stay with us for a few days my hubby used to be a bit busy n he would not be able to come home before 11pm ....... this made my friend very much surprised since she said you people dont have family or social life .....see your hubby working so late @ night n comes home when your son is asleep..so how he is able to spend enough time with your son? n what about your family life? why do you people work so hard? we dont work so hard in UK we would leave the office @5pm sharp n would work 35 hours a week strictly........ now it was my turn to be surprised... how can there be so strict timings? and if work is pending n urgent then what? when my hubby was there in UK for few months he too did tell me the same tht @ 5 sharp all his British couligues would leave office and my hubby would stay @ office till he finishes his work..... then next day the British would ask him when did you go home yesterday?? .......... here in India we dont watch the clock all the time n we dont mind spending few more hours to finish our work though.........
Its really strange tht we Indians are so much famous for our INDIAN TIME....... I feel we really dont bother for the time either so we dont mind speding those extra hours @ office n finish the work in time n not pointing out the rule 'to leave @ 5pm' .........
The other reason I see is we are developing country n we have to build our NATION so we have to work a bit hard than those of the western or developed countries....... n we are doing the same no mind its just a very little share of our support build nation isnt it?? its our strength ........ we even dont realise tht we are spending more time than our agreement....... !!!!!!!

Virgina massacre

It was horrible to see the korian boy Cho Seung-Hui killed the students and teacher s in Verginia....... we all condemn this cruel act....we must!! but why it all happened? what he said in his video after the massacre makes us think of the society, our attitude towards the weaker section of the society........ we are so much in our world and have become selfish that we dont have time to think of those "NAY's .........it is a part of our society and they too have the right to have all those things which we have.......money, comfort, prestige averything but unfrotunately they dont get it, causes may vary from their education to opportunity........a part of our society is far away from the lifestyle which few people able to get.....
what he said in his video "You have vandalized my heart, rape my soul and torched my consience.........I cie for Jesus Christ, to inspire generations of the weak and the defenseless people"...........thats the main stuff.........he is fade up of the imbalance of the society....surely his way to fulfill his desire, to teach lesson for those rich and famous society is wrong.....but its just alarming bell for all of us.......no matter where we leave, in which country we reside....it will happen and can happen anywhere in the world the imbalance of the property and sources gives birth to such acts.........
We too have experienced it last year in Mumbai when they burnt the buses in Mumbai...........it too was anger for the rich and upper class society..........we must be introvert and think for those who are not getting the opportunities and they remain poor.......its our duty to understand them and share our few extra bucks with the poor and weaker society otherwise it will become very much difficult to survive for us too......and the anger and dissatisfaction matter will be so much larger and it will make our life miserable...........
Few of us will say that we have earned the money,prestige and all the stuff with ourselves yes I agree........but if you want to enjoy the fredom and satisfaction you will have too look after those NAYs too if they are happy then and then only they will ignore your happineess and you will be able to enjoy your life fully!!!!!!!!!! That is balancing of the property and opportunities........so whenver you see poor please for your sake and oursake have sympathy for them and spend few bucks for them!!!!!!!!

Earn @ home ?????

We all know the ads on internet and in news papers Earn from home type. They give you huge amount dreams. But do they really work? I paid one such company. They too disclose in the ads that you will start earning after just you get an account with us .......not a single rupee you will have to pay once you pay our fees. When I paid their fees of some Rs.1250/- I got a CD giving me details of adwords. There I signed in to Commision junction. Then when I wanted to post ads in the adwords by google .......it asked me by bugget! Since then I had an impression that I would not have to pay a single rupee as the company already had said in their ads........Then I called the company person regarding the matter. Then he told that yes you will have to pay for the ad and when somebody clicks on your ad you will get the commission from say ebay or naukari.com or whatever it is. I was stunned cos the adwords asks you your credit card no and it will debit the amlunt from your credit card. As we Indians dont normalyy give our credit card no on net. So my earing @ home this time was a tie tie fish!!!!!!!!!! And I had lost my 1250 + VPP charges!!!!!!!!
Another one pay per clicks stuff...where they assured to post just pay per clks emails everyday.........which i paid 550/-.......they promised me to send atleast 400+ pay email companies, which also was a big scam.........i got only 20+ companies that too paid 00.001 $ !!!!!!!!!!! so overall its all a big big flop show and i was too much nervous and furious of all companies which never feel guilty cheating on us....the biggest thing is we get caught alone........we dont knw who else is there got cheated like us....we are not unite ..thts the biggest advantage the comanies take!!!!! And we even can not go to the consumer court for few hundred rupees n even we dont know their addreses and the people.......so its a biggest scam .....we must alert people if we come to know somebody willing to buy such things on net.......!!!

Rave party

So much have been written on it that there is no need more to write about it, but i m here to focus on another aspect of the party........why it happens? Are the kids soley responsible for it? or Are we parents too responsible? Who is the main cuprit? We will have to think about it.........when the children are kids we are young and we too behave sometimes like irresponsible persons.......we have late night partis, we have drinks in front of our kids, we smoke in front of them and we are doing many more illegal or 'bad' things before them....we think that they are kids and are unaware of our deeds......yes they are, and many times they even dont understand what we are doing, but their memory is capturing all the things and storing it in a passive memory and when they grow up the storage in their memory recalls.....and they now understand the meaning of your deeds........which you thought they wont understand........now they are getting everything, and they try to make links and understand with their own knowledge, and its the point when they decide what is wrong and what is not.....since they have seen you doing all those things they thinks its right and no harm doing themselves.......and now we as parent think why they are misbehaving? Here we must understand that we are the main cuprit....we didnt teach them good values because we didnt folow them........kids always grwo up looking observing their parents and they are their mentors,guide, idols, their pride....and they think what our parents are doing is always right........so its our responsibility to bring up our kids with good values, morality and and follow them ourselves.......its a contineous process and it doent take place in a day or two...so we must understand one thing that giving birth to a kid is the biggest responsiblity and now you have to think of him first.....what you are doing how you behave has impacts on him. So when you find your kids misbehaving look inside you .......is so that you are behaving very well and you respect values and your kids not? Noway........its highly imposible......
so we ourselves have to behave well then only our kids will behave so....and there will be no need to 'teach ' them good values they will aquire it easily seeing you, following you......

success.........everybody is chasing the word, such fascinating word......
so what is success? success is getting aknowldged by the people, feeling proud to be what you have achieved, and yes sometimes money too........sometimes because not everybody's work can be count in money only, it can be anything like satisfaction of others who help, or acknowledgemnt by people,government or any organisation.....How one gets succeed? Is there any proven formula to succeed? Yes it is there.its hard work, your devotion towards your work, set an aim and steadily go towards it success will follow you, you should not have to wait for it...many want to succeed as early as possible, so they try few short cuts, but there is no short cut to it.....even though you feel you have got one, eventually it will not last long, if you want your success to last long then there is no skip to hard work and devotion........when you work hard for it you will have a satisfaction that you have 'achieved' it... and you have not "got it easily" and you 'deserve' and this feeling gives a moral boost. Look at the people you admire they have gone through many crisis in life and have suffered a lot in life, and then only you see their success...rather you only see their success not the hardwork or devotion. So whenver you see you idols try to stucy their story too, so you will know very well how many things you might have to giveup.......physical, mental, financial,.........everything.....so its alwasy a hard work and conteneous efforts for your 'AIM' success will follow.........you will not have to follow it...
